This Hakama is a male kimono pants. Often seen in movies worn by Samurai.
This is a pants-type hakama (called Umanori-bakama in Japanese).

Long: for height 68"-70"(173-179cm), Under the strings size 37.4"(95cm)
Extra Long: for height 70"-73"(180-186cm), Under string length 38.9"(99cm)
Under the strings size is the length measured vertically from under the navel to the ankle.
Horse riding(Umanori) hakama's inside is divided into left and right parts like pants although it looks like a skirt. Waist is adjustable.
Top (kimono) is not included.
