Damaged items and discrepancies

Claims for damaged or wrong items must be made in writing by email within 3 days from receipt of shipment. We will provide you with a RA# (Return authorization number). For damaged items, please keep all items and packaging in its original state as delivered, email pictures to info@pacwestkimono.com for possible future inspection by carrier. Return shipping method must be by postal service (no couriers due to high brokerage fees).

Other returns

Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization by email. Returned item must be unused in original condition.  There will be a $6 admin fee +10% re-stocking handling fee for returns or exchange.

If your order is returned without authorization or returned due to incorrect address, refund will not be issued.

Final Sale and Clearance Items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping must be via Postal service in your country. Items shipped via a courier from USA or International destinations will not be accepted. Return items including a packing slip, choose trackable method with insurance and keep a receipt. Package carefully. Items damaged en route will not be accepted for credit. You are responsible for return postage.

Refund to your original payment option for the product price (shipping cost will not be refunded) will be issued once the product is received and inspected to be in original condition (minus $6 admin fee and 10% re-stocking fee).
