Shipping policy

Orders normally ship out within 3-4 business days. Once the order is processed, cancellation will not be accepted. By placing an order, you accept our return policy.

All final sale/clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the ordered items were unavailable, we will contact you asap and cancel your item/order.

Any refused or undeliverable package will incur both the original and the additional return shipping charges. When package is received back, credit will be given for the purchased item price minus both shipping charges and 10% handling fee.

Return shipping must be via Postal service in your country. Items shipped via a courier from USA or International destinations will not be accepted. Return items including a packing slip with RA#, choose trackable method with insurance and keep a receipt. Package carefully. Items damaged en route will not be accepted for credit. You are responsible for return postage.
